Kairos Institute is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide and support students in choosing the right career path. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about various courses offered by Kairos Institute
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for lead management
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in education counseling or sales will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team player
