Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven HVAC Service Engineer to lead our service operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and customer satisfaction across AC / HVAC systems. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on troubleshooting expertise and experience in VRF commissioning along with team management capabilities. Hands-on experience in VRF commissioning and Deep understanding of HVAC systems and controls
Responsibilities:
Profficient in installation of AC units, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
Ensure installation aligns with approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting AC / HVAC systems and diagnosing faults
Expertise in VRF system commissioning and Handle complex technical issues across: VRF/VRV systems
Ensure systems are commissioned and functioning as per OEM standards
Manage key client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Handle escalations and critical breakdown situations
Manage spare parts planning and availability
Coordinate procurement and reduce downtime
Maintain service logs, reports, and commissioning records
Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
