Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the backend operations of our travel bookings and ensure seamless execution of every trip.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create the best itineraries based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, activity suppliers, and other partners.
- Manage booking confirmations, amendments, special requests, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transfers, activities, and on-ground services.
- Ensure smooth handover and coordination between the Sales Team and Operations.
- Monitor trips and proactively resolve last-minute issues or changes.
- Source the best rates, services, and operational solutions from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all backend tasks are completed on time.
- Handle post-trip follow-ups, supplier settlements, and operational closure.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in travel backend operations / DMC / tour operations.
- Strong itinerary planning and destination knowledge.
- Excellent supplier and DMC coordination skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
