Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician
Job Summary:
A Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across multiple disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The role ensures smooth operation of equipment and facilities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC faults.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and facilities.
Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues.
Install, maintain, and repair equipment and utility systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
Coordinate with other departments and contractors when required.
Perform general facility upkeep and maintenance tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in manufacturing, facilities management, hospitality, or industrial maintenance.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and CMMS.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
