Customer Support Executive
Location: KPHB Colony, Road No. 1, Above Swiss Castle Bakery, 2nd Floor, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide product information.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
