Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, EPC contractors, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), and government agencies.
- Promote the company's Techno-Commercial Audit and Engineering Consulting services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
- Prepare proposals, techno-commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Track upcoming infrastructure and real estate projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech - Civil)
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales within the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering Consulting, PMC, or Building Materials industry.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project execution, BOQs, contracts, and engineering terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, including Project Directors, Developers, Architects, and Consultants.
- Self-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Working Days and Hours
Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Shift Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
