Job Summary
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive (Telecalling) with experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and property portals, and scheduling qualified site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for real estate leads.
- Follow up with leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and property portals.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Experience handling CRM and lead follow-ups.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
