Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Core HR and HR Operations.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee master data, personnel files and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave records and employee queries.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance/Payroll team.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, experience and relieving letters.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Core HR / HR Operations.
- MBA/PGDM – HR, MSW, BBA, B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle, attendance, leave and payroll processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR activities.
