We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Construction and Real Estate positions.
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
✅ Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
✅ Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
✅ Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
✅ Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
✔ 3–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
✔ Experience in Real Estate, Construction, EPC, or Infrastructure recruitment preferred.
✔ Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
