Job Overview
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mechanical CAD Draftsman to support the engineering and design team in preparing accurate technical drawings and maintaining CAD documentation.
The ideal candidate should have basic to working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks, along with an understanding of mechanical drafting and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Develop drawings based on engineering specifications, sketches, and project requirements.
- Modify and update existing drawings as per design changes and feedback.
- Ensure drawings are accurate with proper dimensions, views, and annotations.
- Maintain and organize CAD files and drawing records.
- Review drawings for errors and coordinate with engineers for corrections.
- Support the engineering team with drafting and documentation requirements.
- Follow established drawing standards and project guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify technical requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across drawing revisions.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drafting principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with dimensions, measurements, and drawing standards.
- Knowledge of CATIA or other CAD software will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Design, or a related field.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline may also apply.
Experience
0.6–1 year of relevant experience in CAD drafting or mechanical design.
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
