Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Executive – Google Ads will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals such as leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and prepare high-performing ad copies
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
- Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and analytics
- Analyze data to improve CTR, Quality Score, and campaign efficiency
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated with performance marketing and Google Ads best practices
Eligibility
For Freshers:
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn performance marketing
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 3+ months experience in Google Ads or performance marketing
