Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Outreach Associate to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the senior sales team. This is a remote role ideal for someone with experience in B2B lead generation and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B companies.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email, Apollo, AI tools, and online research.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication.
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate lead information.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the senior team.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth lead handover.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Experience in B2B sales or outreach.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Self-motivated with strong research and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: 3%–4% of the monthly net professional fee collected from eligible sales where your contribution directly led to the client acquisition.
- Incentives are paid after client payment is received.
