Core Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Billing: Generate, issue, and process invoices accurately.
Data Accuracy: Verify billing data, including rates, quantities, and client info, before finalizing.
Customer Support: Handle client inquiries regarding bills and resolve disputes promptly.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of billing transactions, payments, and receipts.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports for management.
Collections: Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and manage outstanding payments.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, taxation rules, and regulations.
