We're looking for an enthusiastic HR & Operations Intern who is eager to learn and contribute beyond traditional HR responsibilities. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, project coordination, documentation, employee management, and business operations.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and interns.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track employee attendance and leave records.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
Project Coordination (Scrum Master Support)
- Coordinate with development and marketing teams on daily tasks.
- Conduct or assist in daily stand-up meetings.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Track project progress and update internal reports.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Help remove blockers by following up with relevant team members.
- Maintain task boards using tools like Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or Notion.
Documentation & Business Operations
- Prepare MoUs, agreements, offer letters, appointment letters, and other official documents.
- Create company profiles, proposals, brochures, portfolios, and presentations using Canva.
- Design professional PDF documents for clients and business proposals.
- Maintain company documentation and digital records.
- Assist in preparing quotations and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Monitor employee task completion and work status.
- Maintain reports for management.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist management in daily operational activities.
- Support company events, workshops, and recruitment drives.
Requirements
- Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Tamil.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Canva (for creating proposals, portfolios, and presentations).
- Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office.
- Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment.
- Knowledge of documentation and business communication.
