Responsibilities
- Handle customer support via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Guide new customers through onboarding.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and support documentation.
- Identify common customer issues and suggest product improvements.
- Assist with subscription renewals and customer retention.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, professional, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM/support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer support, account management, or client success is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
