Job Responsibilities
- Maintain records and data in MS Excel.
- Prepare and share monthly reports.
- Handle basic email communication related to inward and outward documentation.
- Make outbound and follow-up calls as required.
- Verify documents as per company SOPs.
- Perform filing and documentation activities.
- Handle routine office and computer-related tasks.
- Ensure accurate record maintenance and timely data updates.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS Outlook
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record maintenance.
- Basic document verification and administrative skills.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
Educational Qualification
- HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates residing in or near Chembur and Kurla will be preferred.
