Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to manage outbound sales for domestic and international travel packages. The role requires making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their travel requirements, and converting leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promoting domestic and international travel packages
- Generate sales by converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
- Prepare quotations and itineraries based on customer preferences
- Conduct regular follow-up with leads to achieve closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Upsell travel-related services such as hotels, flights, transfers, and activities
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status in CRM/system
- Build customer confidence through professional communication and product knowledge
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle outbound sales effectively
- Good negotiation and closure skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
