Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions for students, teachers, or parents as per the training calendar.
- Understand the provided training material thoroughly to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Adapt facilitation style based on audience needs (age, context, group size, etc.).
- Engage participants through discussions, activities, and real-life examples.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and represent the organization’s values during all sessions.
- Coordinate with program teams for scheduling and logistics.
- Attend periodic facilitator briefing or refresher sessions to stay updated on delivery guidelines.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Social Work preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in training, facilitation, teaching, or public speaking.
- Experience working in schools/education sector is an advantage.
- Fluent in Professional English & Odia
Commitment Required
- Willingness to travel (if applicable) to partner schools/locations.
- Availability as per the program schedule (can be part-time, full-time, or project-based).

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per hour
