About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and active Crypto Trader who can join immediately and contribute to live trading operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in crypto trading, market analysis, and risk management, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-moving market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute crypto trades across major exchanges (Spot/Futures/Derivatives)
- Monitor real-time market trends, volatility, and price movements
- Perform technical analysis using charts, indicators, and price action
- Identify profitable trading opportunities based on market signals
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term trading strategies
- Manage risk, capital allocation, and stop-loss strategies effectively
- Track and report daily trading performance (P&L)
- Stay updated with crypto news, narratives, and global market developments
- Use platforms like Telegram, Twitter (X), Discord for sentiment and signal tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on crypto trading experience
- Strong experience in Spot and Futures trading
- Deep understanding of technical analysis and market behavior
- Familiarity with major exchanges (Binance, Bybit, etc.)
- Ability to take fast and high-confidence trading decisions
- Strong risk management and capital preservation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scalping, intraday, or swing trading strategies
- Knowledge of trading bots or algorithmic trading
- Understanding of DeFi, blockchain, and tokenomics
- Experience tracking market sentiment via social platforms
Important Note
- This is a pure Crypto Trading role
- Candidates must have real trading experience (not theoretical)
- Candidates should be ready to join immediately or within a short notice period
