Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support market research, lead generation, client development, opportunity tracking, and proposal pursuits focused primarily on the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic record, exceptional English communication, strong analytical and research abilities, and the initiative to work independently.
Educational Qualifications – High Priority
Academic excellence is a key selection criterion.
· Bachelor's degree from a recognized university required.
· 85% or higher academic score, or equivalent CGPA, is strongly preferred.
· Consistently strong performance throughout 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies is preferred.
· Candidates with a strong English-medium educational background, including those educated in established convent or similar institutions, will be given preference.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
· MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related backgrounds are preferred.
· Academic transcripts/mark sheets may be requested.
Experience
· 0–5 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Prior Business Development, Market Research, Sales, Proposal Development, or Client Relations experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
· Experience researching U.S. markets, government procurement, or professional-service opportunities is desirable.
· No additional preference will be given specifically for prior work experience in India.
· Selection will emphasize academic performance, communication, analytical ability, aptitude, initiative, and overall potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Research markets, clients, competitors, and upcoming business opportunities.
· Identify prospective clients, projects, decision-makers, and teaming partners.
· Identify opportunities before RFPs/RFQs are released, whenever possible.
· Monitor RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, tenders, and procurement opportunities.
· Conduct professional outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
· Develop and maintain client and business-partner relationships.
· Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, pursuits, proposals, and follow-ups.
· Assist with proposals, presentations, capability statements, and qualification packages.
· Regularly report on opportunities, outreach, meetings, and results.

Selection Process
