Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development and Marketing Executive to manage both sales and marketing activities in the Bengal region. The role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, interact with clients, and support marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels.
- Conduct cold calling and client outreach.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain lead data and update tracking sheets/CRM.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and related documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Manage company social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create content including posts, captions, and basic videos.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan and execute small-scale marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Reporting and Coordination
- Maintain daily and weekly reports for business development and marketing.
- Track key metrics including leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Candidates must have studied at a reputed/top school and secured top marks in English.
- Lead generation and client handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Content creation and basic design skills (Canva preferred).
- Basic Excel skills (filters, charts, reporting).
- Good time management and follow-up discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Development or Marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
