Job Description: Manager – Product Owner (Digital AI)

Role Summary
We are looking for a high-impactManager – Product Owner to leadend-to-end customer journey design and delivery across digital and backend platforms. This role will drive seamless, intelligent, and scalable customer experiences spanningcustomer-facing interfaces (web/app) tocore backend systems (workflow, servicing platforms and basic of policy admin as well).
The ideal candidate is acustomer-obsessed, data-driven product thinker with a strong grasp ofAgile execution, system integrations, and emerging AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer journeys across lifecycle stages (servicing, renewals).
- Translate business goals intoproduct roadmaps, user stories, and execution plans
- Bridgefrontend experience with backend workflows, ensuring seamless integration across systems
- DriveAgile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify opportunities toembed AI/GenAI capabilities into customer journeys and operations
- Collaborate withengineering, UX, business, operations, and data teams for execution
- Improvecustomer experience and operational efficiency through continuous optimization
- Define and trackKPIs, performance metrics, and product adoption
- Ensurecompliance, data security, and governance standards in product design

- Strong understanding ofdigital product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum
- Experience incustomer journey mapping and service design
- Knowledge ofinsurance/BFSI processes (policy issuance, servicing, claims preferred)

AI / GenAI Data Orientation
- Understanding ofAI/ML Generative AI use cases in insurance:
- Chatbots conversational journeys
- Personalization recommendations
- Familiarity with:
- AI-driven automation (OCR, NLP, workflow optimization)

Required Qualifications Experience
- 3–4 years of experience as aProduct Owner / Business Analyst / Digital Product Manager
- Experience inInsurance / BFSI / FinTech / Digital-first organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in related field
- Hands-on experience working inAgile delivery environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure toAI/GenAI implementations in products or operations
- Experience withworkflow/BPM systems and integration with policy admin platforms
- Certifications inAgile/Scrum/Product Management
- Exposure tocustomer experience (CX) transformation initiatives
