Position: Assistant HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration.
Maintain employee records and HR reports.
Support training, development, and organizational growth initiatives.
