Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with strong experience in B2B and B2C sales, business development, and institutional outreach. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, increasing project visibility, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily outreach activities with schools, colleges, universities, corporates, NGOs, hospitals, and other institutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Promote and sell mental health and psychological therapy services.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Plan and execute marketing and business development initiatives.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and counselling-oriented discussions with prospective clients.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Service Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills (Mandatory).
- Experience in counselling, consultative selling, or client relationship management.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
