We are looking for an Engineering manager for the backend engineering team. As an engineering manager you would help recruit and develop engineers, and collaborate with other managers to plan and execute key engineering initiatives. As we grow, we are evolving our processes and policies to keep our engineering team productive and you will play a key role in this.
This position is open for remote working across whole Vietnam.
What you will do:
Recruit great engineers, in collaboration with our recruiting team
Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity, reliability and simplicity
Collaborate with other managers and the product team to ensure timely delivery with correctness, security, observability and resilience
Initiate, lead and contribute to engineering-wide key initiatives
