About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can handle complete accounting, taxation, compliance, and audits independently. The role also includes handling E-commerce accounting and GST-related operations.
Main Responsibilities
Accounts Work
- Handle daily accounting work
- Maintain proper records of all transactions
- Manage payments and receipts (creditors & debtors)
- Keep accounts updated and accurate
Team Handling
- Manage and guide junior accounting staff
- Assign daily work and check their entries
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks
- Train team members on basic accounting and compliance work
E-commerce Accounting
- Manage accounting for online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Reconcile orders, payments, commissions, and returns
- Check settlement reports and match with books
- Track marketplace fees, discounts, and deductions
- Handle GST for e-commerce sales
GST, E-invoicing & E-way Bills
- Generate and manage E-invoices as per GST rules
- Prepare and track E-way bills for dispatches
- Ensure proper GST entries and reconciliation
- Handle GST returns and compliance
Tax & Compliance
- Handle TDS, TCS, and Income Tax work
- File returns on time
- Calculate tax and ensure timely payments
Finalization & Audit
- Prepare final accounts (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
- Handle company audit and income tax audit
- Prepare data for internal and external auditors
Reports (MIS)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Share financial reports with management
- Help in budgeting and planning
Bank & Export Work
- Handle bank entries and reconciliation
- Manage export documents and bank remittance
Other Work
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Improve accounting process and internal controls
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of GST, E-invoicing, and E-way bills
- Knowledge of Job Work accounting
- Experience in audits and finalization
- Knowledge of E-commerce accounting
- Good in Excel and Tally (MUST)
- Team handling ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Qualification
- B. Com (must)
- CA Inter / CMA (preferred, not compulsory)
Other Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or E-commerce company preferred
- Should be comfortable handling work independently
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
