We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Etsy & Amazon USA Account Manager to manage and grow our online stores. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, SEO, inventory management, order processing, PPC campaigns, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Etsy and Amazon USA product listings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
- Manage inventory and pricing.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics.
- Handle customer messages, returns, and order issues.
- Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Analyze sales reports and recommend growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Etsy and Amazon marketplace policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Etsy and/or Amazon USA seller accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Etsy Seller Dashboard.
- Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
- Understanding of Amazon PPC and marketplace analytics.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or EverBee.
- Graphic design or basic image editing skills.
- Knowledge of product sourcing and inventory planning.
