- HR Recruiter – BPO Bulk HiringExperience: 1–3 Years (BPO / Volume Recruitment required)
Location: Noida (On-site)
Key Focus: Mass sourcing (Voice/Non-Voice profiles), walk-in drives, portal sourcing, candidate screening, and onboarding alignment.
- HR Assistant Manager – BPO Operations & Talent AcquisitionExperience: 4–7 Years (Core BPO / ITES experience required)
Location: Noida (On-site)
Key Focus: Leading recruiter teams, strategizing large-scale hiring channels, vendor management, tracking TA metrics (TAT, Offer-to-Join), and early attrition management.
