Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer service requests and diagnose motor-related issues
- Coordinate with service centres for repairs/replacements and follow up regularly
- Handle preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting (phone/email/tickets)
- Prepare service reports, repair logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when required
Required Profile:
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in service/field engineering role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused and able to work independently
