Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the on-site execution of modular kitchen projects and premium Window installations. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 3 years of experience in interior execution, civil work, or site coordination who is eager to deliver flawless finishing and high-quality luxury interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day installation activities for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and window systems to ensure they match approved designs and architectural drawings.
- Vendor & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, glass installers, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration on site.
- Measurement Verification: Take accurate on-site measurements (civil dimensions, wall alignments, and level checks) before production orders are finalized to avoid mismatches.
- Quality & Finish Control: Inspect incoming materials for defects and ensure installations meet premium quality standards (proper alignment, smooth hardware operation, gap fillings, and waterproofing).
- Timeline Management: Track site progress against project schedules and proactively report any potential delays or site constraints to the Management/Design team.
- Client Communication: Address basic on-site queries from clients or builders professionally and maintain a clean, organized site environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision, Modular Kitchen execution, or Window/Façade installation. Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have relevant practical experience).
- Technical Skills: * Ability to read and interpret 2D AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and technical elevation layouts.
- Basic understanding of materials (MDF, HDF, Plywood, Aluminium profiles, and glass types).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in local languages, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage on-site labor effectively.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and a vehicle for local site travel.
