Key Responsibilities:
1 Prospect Outreach:
a Conduct cold calls to a list of potential suspects with the goal of introducing Datafortune services.
b Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to ensure effective communication.
2 Elevator Pitch:
a Develop a compelling and concise elevator pitch that highlights the value proposition of Datafortune services.
b Tailor the pitch based on the prospect's industry, pain points, and needs.
3 Lead Qualification:
a Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges, goals, and potential interest.
b Use probing questions to qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
4 Relationship Building:
a Build rapport and establish trust with prospects by demonstrating professionalism and active listening.
b Focus on developing a positive initial impression that encourages further interaction.
5 Objection Handling:
a Address common objections and concerns raised by prospects, providing thoughtful and persuasive responses.

6 Appointment Setting:
a Transition the cold call into a warm call by generating interest and securing commitment for further engagement.
b Schedule appointments for Sales team with qualified leads.
7 Data Management:
a Accurately record call outcomes, lead details, and interactions in the CRM system.
b Maintain up-to-date and organized lead lists for efficient follow-up.
8 Metrics Tracking:
a Keep track of call metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
b Continuously analyse results to refine strategies and improve performance.
9 Continuous Learning:
a Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance sales conversations.
b Participate in training sessions to improve cold calling techniques and objection handling skills.
Qualifications:

Proven experience of 2-4 years in outbound calling; preferably for a software services.

Experience in international markets is required; preferably in the USA.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive phone presence.

Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to prospects’ concerns.

Hands-on experience with sales tools like company databases, prospecting tools, networking tools, and CRM software.
