Job Summary
The Content Marketing Manager exists to build and execute a content engine that accelerates pipeline, establishes thought leadership, and supports product and regional go-to-market motions for a global HR technology SaaS platform. The role demands deep expertise in B2B content strategy, multi-format content creation (long-form, short-form, video scripts, case studies), and SEO-led performance optimisation. The primary deliverable is a consistently published, measurable content programme — spanning evergreen, campaign, and product-driven assets — mapped to buyer journeys for HR leaders and enterprise buyers across multiple geographies. The profile that succeeds comes from a B2B SaaS content marketing function, with demonstrated ownership of editorial strategy and a portfolio showing depth across formats and audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a content strategy mapped to pipeline acceleration, thought leadership, and product launch goals — using content funnel frameworks to prioritise topics by buyer stage.
- Build and maintain a content calendar that schedules evergreen, campaign-driven, and product-led assets across formats and geographies.
- Write and edit long-form content, including blogs, eBooks, research reports, whitepapers, and guides targeted at CHROs, HR leaders, and enterprise buyers.
- Produce mid-form content, including customer case studies, solution briefs, and press releases in collaboration with Product Marketing and GTM teams.
- Create short-form content for social media, email newsletters, and nurture sequences aligned to demand generation campaigns.
- Write video and multimedia scripts in collaboration with designers and multimedia production teams.
- Translate product features and platform capabilities into value-led narratives tailored to HR practitioners and executive-level audiences.
- Conduct research on HR market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging topics (including GenAI in HR and skill-based talent practices) to inform content themes.
- Interview and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to produce authoritative, data-backed content.
- Optimise published content for search discoverability in collaboration with the SEO team, using keyword research and on-page SEO techniques.
- Analyse content performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot; iterate based on traffic, engagement, and pipeline contribution metrics.
- Adapt messaging and content formats for regional audiences across India, SEA, MENA, UK, and North America, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Coordinate content timelines and messaging alignment with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Regional Marketing stakeholders.
