Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound leads and convert them into customers. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their travel requirements, and guiding them toward suitable travel solutions. Prior experience in the travel industry is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through various channels
- Understand customer requirements and assess their interest in travel services
- Present and explain travel packages and offerings to potential clients
- Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
- Maintain regular communication with interested prospects
- Update lead status and client interactions in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking and service support
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in sales / telecalling / customer service
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in voice process or inside sales is an added advantage
Key Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to handle objections
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel preferred)
- Should be proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi .

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
