Job Description: HOD – Chemistry
Role Overview:
Lead Chemistry academics for Foundation (Grades 6–10) and JEE/NEET curriculum. Focus on curriculum design, content development, student performance, and managing a team of faculty/SME.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and standardize Chemistry curriculum (CBSE + JEE/NEET foundation)
· Plan academic schedules and ensure syllabus completion
· Develop study materials, worksheets, question banks, and revision notes
· Ensure content quality, accuracy, and proper difficulty progression
· Design and review assessments (school + competitive level)
· Analyze student performance and recommend improvements
· Manage a team of 8–10 Chemistry faculty
· Allocate work and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Candidate Profile:
· 5+ years teaching experience (JEE/NEET Chemistry)
· Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
· Experience in curriculum planning and content creation
· Prior team handling experience preferred
