Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling a variety of technical tasks, including MEP, civil works, painting, and carpentry. Prior experience working in a hospital environment will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across facility systems.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general MEP-related tasks.
- Perform civil repair work, painting, and basic carpentry.
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain tools and report any faults or safety concerns.
