Sales Executive – Automobile Sales
Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling automobiles to individual and corporate customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, demonstrating vehicle features, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, leads, and field visits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing, insurance, and warranty options.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate sales within company guidelines.
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle financing and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation and delivery formalities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the service team when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driving license preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Additional benefits as per company policy, including travel allowance, incentives, and employee benefits where applicable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
