We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Coordinator to manage front office operations, greet visitors, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally
- Manage front desk activities and maintain reception area
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Coordinate visitor management and maintain records
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and office communication
- Support HR/admin tasks such as documentation and attendance
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Maintain office supplies and front desk inventory
- Ensure excellent customer and guest experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate or diploma holder
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,514.57 per month
