Job Title: Manager – Real Estate
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Qualification:
* +2 (Higher Secondary), Graduation, or MBA
* Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or MBA will be preferred.
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day sales and business operations.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
* Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Skills Required:
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Good knowledge of the real estate market.
* Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
