Role Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in Mechanical Engineering to join our R&D and Production teams. This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in engineering practices, manufacturing processes, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
R&D Support
Assist engineers in designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and assemblies.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
Support prototype fabrication, testing, and validation activities.
Participate in root cause analysis and design improvements.
Production Support
Support day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to process parameters.
Monitor machining operations and assist in process planning and optimization.
Coordinate with shop floor teams to resolve technical issues and improve efficiency.
Ensure quality standards are met at each stage of the production process.
General
Interpret and work with engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
Maintain accurate records of work done, observations, and improvement suggestions.
Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Understanding of machining processes: turning, milling, drilling, grinding.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 2D/3D technical specifications.
Knowledge of engineering materials – metals, alloys, polymers, and their properties.
Proficiency or working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Awareness of manufacturing tolerances, fits, and surface finish requirements.
Soft Skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
