About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design professional, modern, and conversion-focused websites for our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to create complete website designs in Figma that our developers can directly use as a reference to build the final website.
This is a design-focused role. No coding/development is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create website UI/UX designs in Figma from client requirements and briefs.
- Design complete website pages including Home, Product, Collection, About, Contact, Landing Pages, etc.
- Create responsive designs for Desktop and Mobile.
- Develop clean layouts with strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and consistency.
- Design conversion-focused layouts for e-commerce and business websites.
- Create reusable components and maintain consistency across pages.
- Prepare developer-friendly Figma files with organized layers, sections, components, and assets.
- Understand existing websites and suggest UI/UX improvements where required.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the project manager/client.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure the design is practical and accurately implemented.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple website projects when required.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, grids, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive websites.
- Good knowledge of Desktop + Mobile design systems.
- Understanding of e-commerce and modern D2C website design.
- Ability to create clean, premium, and professional website interfaces.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently convert it into a complete website design.
Good to Have
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
- Experience designing Shopify / WooCommerce websites.
- Basic understanding of how websites are developed.
- Experience working with developers and providing design handoffs.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable Figma components.
What We Expect
We are not looking for someone who only creates visually attractive screens.
The ideal candidate should understand why a section is placed where it is, how users navigate a website, and how design can improve user experience and conversions.
You should be able to take a brief, research/reference existing designs when required, and independently create a complete website design in Figma.
