Dental Master Media (DMM) is a specialist dental SEO agency with 9+ years of experience and 300+ dental clinics ranked across Australia, UK, USA, Canada, and New Zealand. We don't do general SEO. We help dental clinics get more patients through Google — and we do it better than anyone else.
We are growing and looking for a hungry, English-fluent BDM to join our remote team and bring in new dental clinic clients consistently.
What You Will Do
1. Prospect Finding & Lead Generation
- Research and identify dental clinic owners across AU, UK, USA, CA, and NZ
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads using LinkedIn, Google, and directories
- Maintain a lead tracker with status, contact info, and follow-up notes
2. Cold Outreach & Email Campaigns
- Send minimum 50 personalised cold emails per day to dental clinic decision-makers
- Personalise every email based on the clinic's Google presence and location — no generic blasts
- Follow up consistently via email and LinkedIn to maximise response rates
3. Closing Deals
- Conduct discovery and sales calls with interested dental clinic owners on Zoom
- Present DMM's services, case studies, and ROI clearly
- Handle objections and convert qualified leads into signed retainer clients
4. Client Relationship Management
- Check in with existing clients, collect feedback, and flag any concerns
- Support client retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with the internal SEO team when needed
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Fluent written and spoken English (non-negotiable — you will speak with dentists in AU, UK, USA daily)
- Proven B2B sales experience in agency, SaaS, or digital marketing services
- Comfortable doing both cold outreach AND closing calls
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
- Experience working with international clients
- Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline and a target-driven mindset
Immediate Disqualifiers:
- Only domestic India B2C sales experience
- Not confident on English video calls
- No interest in commission-based earnings
- Cannot share any sales numbers or track record from previous roles
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: (30,000 to 50,000 INR) Negotiable based on experience
- Commission: 10% of the first invoice amount for every deal you close (one-time per client, not recurring)
- Performance Bonus: For hitting and exceeding monthly targets
Commission Example: Close a client at $800/month retainer → you earn $80 that month Close 3 clients at $800 → you earn $240 that month The more you close, the more you earn. Simple.
