You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering effective application solutions that support operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in application development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Experience in designing and configuring reports to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights through advanced reporting techniques.
- Familiarity with integrating reporting solutions within broader application frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize reporting functionalities.
Additional Information:
