We are hiring a DevOps Engineer with development skills to manage and improve our production infrastructure.
Your main focus will be DevOps, AWS, Linux servers, VPS, Docker, NGINX, Cloudflare, deployments, CI/CD, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
You should also know enough development to work with Python/FastAPI, APIs, SQL, React environments, and make small application-level changes when needed.
This is a DevOps-first position, not a pure software developer role.
What You Will Do
- Manage AWS infrastructure and production environments.
- Manage Hostinger VPS and Linux servers.
- Deploy and maintain applications.
- Work with Python/FastAPI, Node.js, React, and other applications.
- Configure NGINX, DNS, SSL/TLS, reverse proxy, and networking.
- Manage Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2.
- Monitor servers, applications, uptime, logs, CPU, RAM, and disk.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage backups and recovery.
- Manage SSH access, permissions, credentials, and security.
- Maintain development, staging, and production environments.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Use GitHub Actions to automate deployments.
- Manage environment variables and secrets securely.
- Build and maintain Docker containers and Docker Compose.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, security, and performance.
AWS – Hands-On Experience Required
You should have practical experience with:
EC2 | S3 | IAM | CloudWatch | RDS | VPC | Security Groups | Load Balancers | Route 53 | ECR
AWS Lambda is an advantage.
You should understand how different AWS services work together to run applications in production.

Strong Linux/server administration experience is required.

- Git/GitHub and CI/CD experience.
- Basic-to-intermediate development skills.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Practical experience can be considered in place of a degree.

What Success Looks Like
You will own the reliability of our infrastructure.
You should be able to keep production systems stable, automate deployments, resolve infrastructure issues quickly, maintain AWS/VPS/Cloudflare resources, maintain backups and security, monitor infrastructure costs, automate repetitive tasks, and keep technical documentation updated.
Our ideal candidate is a DevOps-first engineer who can independently own infrastructure and is comfortable going into application code when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
