Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, job postings, screening, interviewing, and background checks.
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, documentation, and initial training.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and exit interviews.
- To handle compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and maintain records.
- Support performance management, development, and retention strategies.
- Align HR activities with business goals.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge of employment laws, HR systems, and strong communication skills.
- Candidate having at least 2+ years' experience in HR.
