About the Role:
Cyber AI Certification INC USA (CAC) is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth of our ISO certification, cybersecurity, and compliance services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 year of experience who are passionate about sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads by Digital Marketing and Direct sales.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable certification and compliance services.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or related fields are an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, willing to learn, and passionate about business development.
