You will work across a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to private parties, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
- Serve food and beverages with precision and elegance, adhering to established service protocols and presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the event.
- Maintain a pristine and organized event environment, including table settings, serving areas, and guest spaces.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging furniture, decor, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex matters to event management.
- Ensure all service areas are well-stocked and replenished, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the entire event team, including chefs, bartenders, and other butlers, to deliver a cohesive service experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company with grace and sophistication.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, and event flow to inform and assist guests.
