We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architect with strong expertise in Revit to develop architectural designs and construction documentation. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality drawings, 3D models, and visualizations, ensuring fully integrated and compliant design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation using Revit.
- Create and manage accurate 3D models and project visualizations.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and client standards.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams throughout all project stages.
- Review and refine design concepts to align with project requirements and timelines.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
