We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their business needs.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
- Present company products or services professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion rates.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms where applicable.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
