About the Role
WeCredit is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Personal Loan to lead and manage a team for the Personal Loan business.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DSA sales and team management, with a strong understanding of personal loan products, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and the DSA channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of fresher & Expereince Business Development Executives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential DSAs.
- Identify and onboard new DSA partners to expand the sales network.
- Generate quality leads through DSA networks and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, login, approval and disbursement numbers.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and sales planning.
- Guide team members on lead sourcing, customer handling, documentation and loan processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-ups until disbursement.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action to improve team productivity.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in DSA sales, preferably in Personal Loans.
- Prior experience in leading and managing a DSA sales team is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Personal Loan DSA ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage a sales team.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Important Requirement
Relevant DSA experience is mandatory for this position.
