About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic Social Media Manager to lead and strengthen the digital presence, brand identity, and public perception. This is not a conventional social media management role. The successful candidate will own brand communication, storytelling, audience engagement, and reputation management while collaborating with creative, PR, media, production, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute long-term social media and brand communication strategies.
· Build, strengthen, and protect public brand and reputation.
· Plan and oversee content calendars and communication roadmaps.
· Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
· Review content before publication using strong editorial judgment.
· Coordinate with creative teams, PR agencies, media partners, and production teams.
· Monitor engagement quality, follower geography, audience demographics, language mix, comment sentiment, Reel performance, and brand perception.
· Prepare audience and brand insight reports with recommendations.
· Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective stakeholder coordination.
