Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations & Project Support Executive to manage our Bangalore warehouse operations and support project execution across the PAN India. The role involves inventory management, inward and outward material handling, dispatch coordination, documentation, and project support activities. The candidate will primarily work remotely but must be available to visit the warehouse and project sites whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations
2. Manage warehouse activities.
3. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
4. Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
5. Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of inventory.
6. Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Dispatch & Logistics
· Plan and coordinate dispatches to customer sites.
· Arrange transportation and track shipments.
· Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain dispatch documentation.
· Coordinate with transporters, vendors and internal teams.
Project Support
· Coordinate materials required for ongoing projects.
· Monitor project-wise material allocation and consumption.
· Support project execution teams with dispatch planning and documentation.
· Visit project sites whenever required for coordination and material verification.
· Documentation & Reporting.
· Maintain warehouse, dispatch and inventory records.
· Coordinate with the Head Office regarding stock status and project requirements.
· Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.
· Perform any other warehouse or site-related duties assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, dispatch, or project coordination.
· Good knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
· Must be based in Bangalore and willing to travel as required.
